Sentry Management is providing board members the opportunity to receive certification from a top legal expert in the industry. 2013 Florida legislation requires HOA, Condo and Co-Op Board members to verify they are prepared to handle their responsibilities. This course enables Board members to fulfill those requirements.
The Clermont course will be held on Wednesday January 20 at the Sentry Management office located at 1645 E. Highway 50, Suite 201, Clermont FL 34711. Registration starts at 5:30PM; the course is 6:00PM to 8:00PM. Dinner will be provided. The material will be presented by Frank A. Ruggieri, Esq.
