Make a payment by drafting funds from your choice of electronic payment methods.

Call toll free 844-550-0336 or set up autopay.

Mail

Mail to: P.O. Box 30437, Tampa FL 33630-3437. Make check payable to your association. Write your 16-digit account number on the memo line.

In Person »

Pay by check at your local office. We do not accept credit or debit cards; you may make a cash payment at any Money Gram location.

Change my Mailing Address

You can request this change by completing this form.

Update my Phone Number or Email

You can change and update your personal information, such as phone or email, by completing this form.

Log into my Account in CommunityPro

Access your account by clicking on CommunityPro PORTAL here.

If you have not yet signed up, please go to the CommunityPro PORTAL and click on “New User Registration“.

Order Closing Documents

The homeowner’s title company, closing agent or lender needing documents (including mortgage questionnaire, estoppel, resale demand and trustee letters) to facilitate the sale of a property should go to our Order Closing Documents page and select the state where your property resides to order the appropriate forms.

Get New or Replacement Coupons

Request new or replacement coupons by completing the coupon replacement form here.

Understand my Assessment

You can may see detailed information about your account balance by accessing your account by clicking on CommunityPro® PORTAL and signing in.

Go to “Your Profile”.

Sign up for Auto-Pay

To register for AUTOPAY, please visit www.mysentrypay.com.

Contact my Community Manager

You can find your community manager’s contact information on your welcome page once you log into CommunityPro® PORTAL.

Opt-out of receiving Assessment Coupons

To opt-out of assessment coupons, log into your account by clicking on CommunityPro PORTAL.

Go to “Your Profile” and un-click assessment coupons under “User Preferences”.

Once you have logged in, you can also sign-up for a different method to make your automatic payments via automatic debit withdrawal or credit card charge.

Get copies of my Association’s Documents

You can get your association’s documents by accessing your account by clicking on CommunityPro® PORTAL.

Go to the “Information Center” then select the documents you want to print.
