Phyllis McDaniel, the Vice President of the Sentry St Charles office is celebrating her 20-year anniversary in the community management industry this year.

Phyllis owned her own community management company for several years before she joined the Sentry staff.

“20 years of Community Management has brought me professional growth, education, problem-solving skills, and customer service.  I’ve met so many special homeowners, board members, and vendors throughout my career in community management,” says Phyllis.

“Every day is different in this business. I can honestly say that there is never a dull moment,” she explains.
