Homeowner management services include planning and coordination of association meetings, site visits, enforcement of restrictions, contract supervision, assessments and detailed financial and manager’s reports. The Sentry Management® standard service package also includes online payments and real-time downloadable financial reports.
The highly-awarded Orlando Office represents the core of Sentry’s Florida operations and is where the company was founded in 1975. The office still manages the very first community ever under contract. Sentry’s remarkable growth in Central Florida has been earned through Board member referrals, a high rate of retention and overcoming tough competition. Communities we are privileged to manage are located throughout the entire Orlando metropolitan area, primarily in Seminole, Orange and Lake Counties. Some of the largest communities where Sentry manages associations and COAs include Orlando, Apopka, Heathrow, Lake Mary, Longwood, Ocoee, Oviedo, Sanford, and Windermere.
The diversity of Sentry-managed communities is impressive. From smaller townhome associations to large scale residential developments and master associations. Sentry has worked with developers from start-up and on-site for golf and country clubs. And for some communities needing less support, accounting and administrative services are provided.
The Sentry Orlando Office, located in Longwood, is headed by Joanna W. Hart, Senior Vice President. Joanna has decades of Florida association management knowledge and involvement and is responsible for all Central Florida management teams. She is aided by Division Presidents Tina Lewis, Leigh Quinn, and Cheryl Drake. Between the four, the management team overseeing the Orlando office has over 90 years of cumulative experience. The 80+ local community managers are equally remarkable.
