Sentry’s Kissimmee – Orlando office operates in the south Orlando metro area in Osceola, Seminole, Orange, and Lake Counties. Some of the largest communities where Sentry manages homeowner associations include Kissimmee, Hunters Creek, Celebration, Meadow Woods, St. Cloud, Minneola, Williamsburg and Buenaventura Lakes. The office was opened in 1996 and has bilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking residents. Because of a high concentration of foreign-based homeowners, the office provides the option of conducting board meetings via video conferencing.
The Kissimmee – Orlando Sentry Management office contributes significantly to the economy of Central Florida. The office has 38 employees and has a direct local impact, primarily from operations and payroll, of $1.6 million annually. When considering all four Sentry offices in Central Florida, the total contributions to the local economy exceeds $217 million in direct and indirect impact.
Division President Michelle Figueroa heads up the Kissimmee operation for Sentry Management. All Community Managers are licensed by the state and have an average of nearly 7 years of experience in association management. Sentry’s Kissimmee – Orlando managers complete over 240 hours per year in professional development and education to keep them current on all issues relating to homeowner association operations in Florida.
