Sentry offers several payment options for its association members, described below.

• Pay by mail using your payment coupon.
  • Coupons with the return address are mailed annually to homeowners. If you cannot find your coupons, order new or replacements online.
• Pay by eCheck, Credit Card, and Register for AUTOPAY with Sentry’s single source payment Processor at www.mysentrypay.com.
• Pay by Phone by calling 24/7 toll-free 844-550-0336.
  • Press Option 1 to speak to a representative to make your payment(s).

REMEMBER – You can access your personal account by clicking on the CommunityPro® PORTAL to see your transactions and make payments.

You can request this change by completing this form.

Update my Phone Number or Email

You can change and update your personal information, such as phone or email, by completing this form.

Access your account by clicking on CommunityPro PORTAL here.

If you have not yet signed up, please go to the CommunityPro PORTAL and click on “New User Registration“.

Order Closing Documents

The homeowner’s title company, closing agent or lender needing documents (including mortgage questionnaire, estoppel, resale demand and trustee letters) to facilitate the sale of a property should go to our Order Closing Documents page and select the state where your property resides to order the appropriate forms.

Request new or replacement coupons by completing the coupon replacement form here.

Understand my Assessment

You can may see detailed information about your account balance by accessing your account by clicking on CommunityPro® PORTAL and signing in.

Go to “Your Profile”.

Sign up for Auto-Pay

To register for AUTOPAY, please visit www.mysentrypay.com.

Contact my Community Manager

You can find your community manager’s contact information on your welcome page once you log into CommunityPro® PORTAL.

See my Account Transactions

Opt-out of receiving Assessment Coupons

To opt-out of assessment coupons, log into your account by clicking on CommunityPro PORTAL.

Go to “Your Profile” and un-click assessment coupons under “User Preferences”.

Once you have logged in, you can also sign-up for a different method to make your automatic payments via automatic debit withdrawal or credit card charge.

Get copies of my Association’s Documents

You can get your association’s documents by accessing your account by clicking on CommunityPro® PORTAL.

Go to the “Information Center” then select the documents you want to print.
