Sentry Management Columbus operates locally in Dublin, OH to provide hands-on operational leadership to homeowner associations and condominium associations throughout Central Ohio. Our full-service association management capabilities support community association management for HOA and condo associations. Association management services include planning and coordination of association meetings, site visits, enforcement of restrictions, contract supervision, delinquency services and detailed financial and manager’s reports. The Sentry Management service package also includes online payments and real-time downloadable financial reports.
The Columbus office is headed by Sylvia Bayless, Division President. Sylvia has extensive industry knowledge of the Central Ohio markets with over 30 years of experience in property management and over 15 years of experience in association management. Sylvia oversees a team of highly qualified Community Association Managers and support staff with a reputation for caring and quality service.
Sentry Management Columbus is privileged to manage communities throughout the entire Columbus metropolitan area, servicing Franklin, Union, Butler, Delaware, Madison, and Pickaway counties. We specialize in managing a wide range of condominium and homeowners’ associations, and can create a program to meet most community needs.
