Nashville Division Manager Appointed to the CAI Legislative Action Committee

Kristan Ward, the Division Manager for the Sentry Management Nashville office was recently appointed to the CAI Legislative Action Committee for the state of Tennessee.

Formed in 1998, the CAI Tennessee Legislative Action Committee (LAC) is a volunteer committee consisting of professionals serving community associations. The LAC advocate in Tennessee by identifying community association issues, monitoring pending legislation, and setting legislative priorities. Also, they build relationships with and educate state legislators, providing invaluable advice when community association issues arise. Kristan explains what this opportunity means to her, “I am honored to have the opportunity to help advocate for the many communities in the great state of Tennessee. My main goal is to ensure our homeowner’s voices are heard.”

Currently over 4,500 community associations in the state of Tennessee with 377,000 homes and over 600,000 Tennesseans living in those associations.
