A board member from the Reserve at Belmere, a Sentry-managed community located in Clermont, Florida submitted a message of thanks to local community association manager, Carlos Borrero.

The message read, “Carlos is the best HOA manager we have ever had. Past managers pushed work into our volunteer Board and committees. Carlos works with us and will undertake any task we need. I used to chase landscape crews, get all kinds of proposals and generally stay frustrated with all of it. When Carlos came on board, he has taken responsibility for all our maintenance oversight. He manages our vendors closely and ensures that we get their best performance! Thanks, Carlos!”

Carlos has been with Sentry for about seven years and has been working with the Reserve at Belmere community for the past four years.
