The Sentry Management® standard service package also includes online payments and real-time downloadable financial reports.
Sentry has supported condominium and homeowners’ associations in the Central and South portions of metro Atlanta since 1989 and are known as the predominant management firm in the area. Our Association board members and homeowners take comfort in knowing that things are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner by our local staff. We pledge to return phone calls quickly and follow-up in a timely manner. Financial reporting will be accurate and we will handle funds prudently. Boards are routinely updated on work for their association.
Sentry Management’s Atlanta South Division primarily serves Henry, DeKalb, Fulton, Clayton, Newton, Fayette and Rockdale Counties. Major cities and communities include Atlanta, Stockbridge, Riverdale, Forest Park, Peachtree City, Covington, McDonough, and Conyers. Randall Kennedy is the Division President of the Atlanta market.
